The novel coronavirus pandemic has caused many countries/territories to take measures such as stopping acceptance of inbound postal items as well as considerable suspension and reduction of flights from/to Japan. Because of it EMS shipments are experiencing huge delays now.

Sakura Watches is your shipping specialist for Japanese domestic timepieces. We have more than 1,000 different models and more than 2,000 watches in our own stock.
It is usually takes from 1 to 5 business days to ship any order. However, for some items (e.g. with crocodile straps) shipping time my be longer. In such case we will inform you as soon as possible.
As soon as the goods have left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. We will inform you about the shipping provider and the tracking number. Usually, we use Express Mail Service (EMS) by Japan Post for overseas deliveries.
Shipping with Sakura Watches is insured up to 2 million yen worldwide. We guarantee that our customers never bear the shipping risk.
Delivery is made Monday - Friday during working hours.
Shipping costs are weight-based - we charge only what we pay to our shipping provider. This is the cheapest option for our clients.
Usualy shipping cost for wristwatches is about 3200-4100 yen, for clocks - 4000-8000 yen, for bands and clasps - about 4000 yen.
Exact shipping costs are calculated during checkout process depending on the total weight of the ordered goods.
Shipping costs in warranty cases
Shipping fees and customs taxes are buyer's responsibility, they will not be covered or refunded.
There may be customs taxes and duties that occur upon package arrival to the destination country. Buyer is fully responsible for any local duties and taxes.
Please check their amount before placing your order.
We will fill all papers with actual price of ordered goods. Undervalue requests are not accepted.
We do not check bezel, hands and other watch parts for alignment.
All of our products are for the Japanese domestic market. Therefore, all functions, including radio synchronisation, are being advertised as working in Japan. Please contact us via email for more information before placing an order.
We don't accept cancellation requests once the order is paid.
We will accept returns only when we provide with a wrong item or the one doesn't work. Please tell us within 3 days after you receive it, airmail shipping costs will be covered only during this period. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all papers.
Used items can only be accepted for repair/exchange based on an official service center conclusion.
Shipping fees and customs taxes are buyer's responsibility, they will not be paid, covered or refunded.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- For watch parts and accessories.
- Complaint about accuracy that is in the manufacturer's acceptable range.
- Time radio synchronisation function doesn't work in your area.
- Bracelet adjustment issues.
- Non-uniformity for shaping of rubber, G-Shocks.
- Complaint about the watch sizes.
- Surface irregularity of luminous paint.
- Colors of the watch are slightly different from the images.
- Product was modified or updated by a manufacturer under the same name.
- Changing your mind.
- Water resistance issues.
- Misaligned hands, indexes or bezel.
- Battery charge.
