What does my order status mean?Your Order History shows the latest stage of preparation and shipment. Why is my order still Processing?Processing usually means your order is still being prepared and does not by itself indicate a problem. What does the expected dispatch date mean?It is the date by which we currently expect your order to leave preparation; it is not the delivery date. What if my expected dispatch date has passed?If the expected dispatch date has passed and the order has not shipped, your Order History will show that preparation is taking longer than expected. What does “On the way to our shipping facility” mean?Your order has started moving through our international fulfillment process, but final carrier tracking may not be available yet. What does “Preparing for international dispatch” mean?Your order is in the final preparation part of our international shipping process. My order has several items. Can they be at different stages?Yes. Multi-item orders can contain products with different availability or preparation states.

When will I receive my tracking number?Final tracking is provided after the international shipment has been processed by the final carrier. Why does tracking not update immediately?New tracking numbers can take time to show the first carrier scan. How long does delivery take after shipment?Delivery time depends on the destination, customs clearance and carrier conditions. Why is the sender name different from Sakura Watches?The sender name shown by DHL or FedEx can differ because some orders move through fulfillment partners before final shipment. Which carrier will deliver my order?The final carrier depends on the destination and shipping method; DHL and FedEx are commonly used. Can I track an order before final DHL or FedEx tracking appears?Use your Sakura Watches Order History for intermediate preparation and fulfillment updates. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses?No. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses or to PO Boxes.

Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT?Import duties, VAT and other local charges are determined by the destination country and are normally the buyer’s responsibility. Can you declare a lower customs value?No. Customs documents are completed using the actual value of the ordered goods. Who is responsible for customs clearance?The recipient is responsible for cooperating with local customs or the carrier if additional information or payment is requested. Can customs delay my delivery?Yes. Customs processing is outside normal carrier transit and can extend delivery time.

How can I return an item?Contact us within 3 days of delivery if we supplied the wrong item or the item does not work. Other returns are not accepted. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?If you received the wrong item or an item that does not work, contact us within 3 days of delivery and keep the item unused with all packaging and papers. How does warranty service work?After the initial 3-day return period, or for used items, warranty cases can only be accepted for repair or exchange based on an official service center conclusion. What is your return policy?Returns are accepted only if we supplied the wrong item or the item does not work, and you notify us within 3 days of receiving it. When is a return not accepted?Returns are not accepted for change of mind, parts or accessories, cosmetic or specification complaints within manufacturer tolerances, and the other cases listed below. Who pays return shipping and customs charges?Shipping fees and customs taxes are the buyer responsibility and are not paid, covered or refunded, except for airmail return shipping during the initial 3-day wrong or non-working item period.
