The novel coronavirus pandemic has caused many countries/territories to take measures such as stopping acceptance of inbound postal items as well as considerable suspension and reduction of flights from/to Japan. Because of it EMS shipments are experiencing huge delays now.
From 2020/04/10 we ship using DHL. The shipping time stated on product pages may be increased up to 1-2 business days. Please see also the Temporary Service adjustments for DHL Express Time Definite International services arising from the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Sakura Watches is your shipping specialist for Japan domestic timepieces. We have more than 1,000 different models and more than 2,000 watches in our own stock.
It is usualy takes from 1 to 5 business days to ship any order. However, for some items (e.g. with crocodile straps) shipping time my be longer. In such case we will inform you as soon as possible.
As soon as the goods have left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. We will inform you about the shipping provider and the tracking number. Usually, we use Express Mail Service (EMS) by Japan Post for overseas deliveries.
Shipping with Sakura Watches is insured up to 2 million yen worldwide. We guarantee that our customers never bear the shipping risk.
Delivery is made Monday - Friday during working hours.
Shipping costs are weight-based - we charge only what we pay to our shipping provider. This is the cheapest option for our clients.
Usualy shipping cost for wristwatches is about 2000-3000 yen, for clocks - 4000-8000 yen, for bands and clasps - about 800-1000 yen.
Exact shipping costs are calculated during checkout process depending on the total weight of the ordered goods.
There may customs taxes and duties occur upon pacakge arrival to the destination country. Buyer is fully responsible for any local duties and taxes.
We will fill all papers with actual price of ordered goods. Undervalue requests are not accepted.
We don't accept cancellation requests once the order is paid.
We will accept postage paid returns only when we provide with a wrong item or the one doesn't work. Please tell us within 3 days after you receive it. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all papers.
Used items can only be accepted for repair/exchange based on an official service center conclusion.
Shipping fees and customs taxes are buyer's responsibility, they will not be covered or refunded.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Complaint about accuracy.
- Time radio synchronisation function doesn't work in your area.
- Non-uniformity for shaping of rubber, G-Shocks.
- Complaint about the watch sizes.
- Surface irregularity of luminous paint.
- Colors of the watch is slightly different from the images.
- Changing your mind.
- Water resistance issues.
- Misaligned hands, indexes or bezel.
- Battery charge.
