A return can be accepted only if we supplied the wrong item or the item does not work.
Please notify us within 3 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all papers and documentation.
Airmail return-shipping costs will be covered only during this 3-day period.
After this period, or if the item has been used, warranty cases can only be accepted for repair or exchange based on an official service center conclusion.
Do not send a parcel before receiving return instructions from us.
