Shipping and customs costs
Shipping fees and customs taxes are the buyer responsibility. They are not paid, covered or refunded by Sakura Watches.
The only exception described in our return policy is airmail return-shipping cost when we supplied the wrong item or the item does not work and you notify us within 3 days after receiving it.
