Cases that are not accepted as returns
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Watch parts and accessories.
- Accuracy complaints when the watch is operating within the manufacturer acceptable range.
- The radio time-synchronisation function does not work in your area.
- Bracelet adjustment issues.
- Non-uniform shaping of rubber components, including G-Shock models.
- Complaints about the dimensions or size of the watch.
- Surface irregularities in luminous paint.
- Watch colors that differ slightly from product images.
- The product was modified or updated by the manufacturer while retaining the same model name.
- Changing your mind.
- Water-resistance issues.
- Misaligned hands, indexes or bezel.
- Battery charge.
If you believe you received the wrong item or an item that does not work, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
