Your Order History is the best place to check the latest information about your order. The customer-facing stages describe what is happening operationally without exposing internal supplier details.

Preparing your order
Your order is being prepared for dispatch. If an expected dispatch date is shown, we expect the order to leave the preparation stage by that date.
On the way to our shipping facility
Your order has left a dispatch location and is moving through our international shipping process. This is an intermediate movement; final DHL or FedEx tracking may not exist yet.
Preparing for international dispatch
Your order is being processed for its final international shipment. Final tracking will be provided once that shipment is processed.
Shipped
The final international shipment has been processed. Tracking information is available in your account and may also be sent by email.
Important: an intermediate fulfillment stage is not the same as final carrier shipment.
