Order Preparation

What does the expected dispatch date mean?

It is the date by which we currently expect your order to leave preparation; it is not the delivery date.

Expected dispatch is not expected delivery

The expected dispatch date refers to when we expect your order to leave preparation and enter its shipment process.

Preparation estimates are measured in business days. The order date itself is day 0; counting begins with the next business day.

After final shipment, delivery time depends on the destination, customs clearance and carrier conditions. Once final DHL or FedEx tracking is active, the carrier estimate is the best guide for delivery.
