This stage means we have received a reliable dispatch signal and the order is moving toward the facility that handles the final international shipment.
It does not necessarily mean DHL or FedEx has accepted the final parcel yet. That is why you may see this stage before final tracking appears.
For orders using this route, final international shipment usually follows within approximately 2–3 business days from the recorded supplier dispatch date, although operational delays can occur.
