Processing is a normal preparation stage
Many orders remain in Processing while items are being prepared, consolidated or moved through our fulfillment process.
If your expected dispatch date has not passed, no action is normally required. Please check your Order History for the latest customer-facing stage and expected dispatch information.
If preparation takes longer than expected, the order page will show a delay notice. We use those updates so you do not have to contact support just to ask whether the order is still active.
