All watches sold from Sakura Watches are 100% genuine, authentic and brand new. We do not sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches are shipped in watch box with documents.

We are sorry but we don't choose watches on this criteria. It is not considered as a manufacturer defect.

We do not ask for or have access to your credit card information and we do not store it anywhere. Our website is secured by SSL 256-bit encryption certificate for safe online shopping.


Yes, just provide us with the shipping address you wish to have your watch delivered to. If your shipping address is in a country different from your billing address, we may ask you for additional information before we ship your order.


We decalre only full order value for customs.

For exports, we do not charge any additional tax on the prices listed on our website. You only pay what you see. For some countries, you may be charged import tax by the customs of your country which is the same as the GST or VAT in your country. However, in such cases even with the tax you will end up saving substantially by shopping with us.

If your country/territory is not in the list, email us and we will quote you on whether we can ship to your address and the shipping expenses.

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email confirming shipment together with a Registered mail reference number or a EMS tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package online. You can also check the status of your order here: Order History.

We will ship out your watch by DHL, EMS or by Registered Parcel, depending on which option you chose while checking out. Both methods of shipping are safe, and require acknowledgement of receipt of package by the recepient.

Once we send out your item for shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your package(s).

We normally ship your watch within 1-3 days after you have successfully placed your order from our stock. In some cases shipping may take up to 5-7 business days, you will be notified. For special order and pre-order items it may take more time to ship your order, we will inform you. Also please note that items with crocodile leather elements require another 1-3 business days to ship. We aim to ship your order as fast and hassle-free as possible, make sure you provide us with your preferred complete shipping address together with a phone number where you can be contacted. This is to ensure that you can be contacted by DHL or EMS courier or your local post office in case you are unreachable. If your delivery status shows a delay of more than 5 business days, we will attempt to contact you.

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.  This form of payment is completely safe. PayPal is endorsed by eBay and trusted by millions. We do not have access to your credit card numbers or financial information and hence we do not store it anywhere either. Only PayPal uses that information to process the payment.

We will accept postage paid returns if we provide with wrong item or the one doesn't work. Please tell us within 3 days after you receive it. Items must be in original packaging with all papers. Please refer to our refund and exchange policies for more information. You can also email us to enquire.

It means that such watch comes with a Japanese warranty. In case of repair or damage it should be returned to Japan. 

Images can be different from the actual look of the products. Also the appearance can be changed by manufacturers without prior notice. This can not be accepted as a return reason.
